The following sequences were added or updated: ** New data:

  • Acanthella acuta mt-genome has been completed;
  • Desmacella_informis mt-coding sequences have been completed;
  • Hymerhabdia_typica mt-coding sequences have been added;

** From the study by Plese et al. 2021:

  • Axinella damicornis: complete mt-coding sequences, ≥13 tRNA genes missing
  • Dendrilla antarctica: complete mt-genome
  • Geodia atlantica: complete mt-genome
  • Homaxinella balfourensis: appears complete, but missing ≥5 tRNA genes;
  • Phorbas areolatus: appears complete;
  • Phorbas tenacior: missing rns and ≥3 tRNA genes;
