Welcome to the Demosponge Phylomitogenomics website!

This website contains data for and results of phylogenetic analyses of demosponge relationships based on mitochondrial genomic data. The website was created by Dennis Lavrov and is being maintained by Lavrov Lab at Iowa State University. Version 1 of the website contains data and figures from our article in bioRxiv. Version 2 of the website contains data and figures from the updated manuscript. We plan update both the datafiles and phylogenetic reconstructions as additional mitochondrial genomes become available. Please use the menu on the left to access the data and results and let us know if there are any errors or additions.
